Baked Crab Rangoon
Ingredients
- 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
- 6 ounce imitation crabmeat, chop & squeeze excess water out
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1 green onion, chopped
- Wonton wrappers
- 1 beaten egg with a splash of water
Directions
- Heat oven to 375 degrees.
- In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, crabmeat, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Place approximately 1 teaspoon of the cream cheese mixture in the center of wonton wrappers. Moisten wrapper edges with egg/water mixture, fold over the mixture and pinch to seal.
- Bake in oven for about 15 minutes until golden brown.
